DENFiT Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your DENFiT purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange within 6 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Return must include all packaging and any free gifts.

  • Made To Measure or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

How to return

  1. Email: denfitreturns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will issue a return authorization and label (if applicable).

  3. Pack items securely and ship using the provided label or your chosen carrier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or send the exchange.

Refund timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned items.

  • If paid by card, allow your bank 3–7 days to post the refund.

Exchange

  • To exchange for a different size, request an exchange in your return form. Exchanges are processed once original items are returned.

Return shipping costs

  • Returns due to change of mind: customer pays shipping.

  • Returns for faulty or incorrect items: DENFiT covers return shipping.
