Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Domestic standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express: 3–4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes — returns accepted within 6 days, unworn and in original condition. See Returns & Exchange Policy for steps.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Contact support within 12 hours of placing order. If it hasn’t shipped, we can edit or cancel. After dispatch, standard returns apply.

Q: Are taxes/duties included for international orders?
A: International duties and taxes may apply based on destination. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
